Who’s who in your documents.

Core reads every document into a map of companies, products, deals and claims. Every link keeps the sentence it came from, so when an answer uses one, you can read it.

A map of a firm’s documents in 3D: regions of companies, products, documents and claims, linked within and between them. One claim, an order cut, is traced from SK hynix and NVIDIA through the GB300 to the channel check that states it.

From a sentence to a citation.

Example: a passage from a quarterly report, the fund and the security found in it, the extraction with its quote, the stored link, and the answer that cites it.

The rules extraction follows, from the instructions Core gives the model

  • “Use ONLY the entity types and relations listed.”
  • “Every quote must be copied verbatim from the text.”
  • “Prices, amounts and dates stay exactly as written.”
  • “Keep names in the script they are written in. Never translate them.”
  • “What fits no type goes in untyped, to learn from.”

Why it helps an answer.

Relationships search can’t see
Who supplies, holds or competes with whom, often spread across documents that never mention each other
Short, sourced context
A link is one line with its quote, where a passage is a page of text
Scoped to a company
Pick a company and the map, search and reading all stay inside it
Used where it helps
Ask reads the map for relationship questions, and the documents for figures

It learns your vocabulary.

  2. Extract and groupNames that mean the same thing are grouped into one candidate.
  3. FilterA candidate needs support in at least two documents. Types for people are never proposed.
  4. DecideYour reviewer signs with their name. Approve makes a new version; a rejection is remembered and never proposed again.
  5. Runs overnight, or when you ask.

Questions.

Does every answer use the map?

No. Ask reads the map when a question turns on relationships: customers, partners, competitors, products or people. For figures it reads the documents themselves. Either way, everything it uses is cited.

Do we have to define the types ourselves?

No. Each Core starts with a set for its kind of firm, and Core proposes new ones from your documents. A person approves each one before it is used.

Can a wrong link reach an answer?

Every link carries the sentence it came from, and the answer cites it. Open the citation to read the sentence; if the link is wrong, the source is one click away.

Where is the map kept?
