Venture capital and private equity

Manage every fund with private AI

Catch the raises that need your consent, track every contract deadline, and draft LP reports in Word.

Core set up for venture capital and private equity: its main screen, on demo data.

Contract tracker

Turn every clause into a date.

Upload a contract as a PDF, Word or HWP file. Core reads each clause and computes its deadline only after three checks pass.

  • The quote must be in the contract, the period in the quote and the date in the text.
  • Deadlines, consent rights, restrictions and reporting duties, each tied to its clause.
  • An associate confirms or edits each item, and the change is logged.
The contract tracker: Article 3(1) says the preferred shares have a term of 10 years from issue. Core checks that the quote is in the contract, that the period is in the quote and that the issue date is in the text, then computes the due date, which the associate confirms.

Fund view

See each fund the way your LPs do.

Commitment, paid-in, DPI, TVPI and net IRR for every fund, with each company graded A to E from 15 rules.

  • Signals such as fair value below cost, or an exit planned after the fund matures.
  • Documents owed by each company, with their due dates and what is overdue.
  • Grades come from your records and fixed rules. No model decides them.
Fund II: commitment KRW 40bn, DPI 0.41x, TVPI 1.28x, net IRR 7.7%, next capital call November 30. Each company has a grade from A to E and signals such as fair value below cost or an exit planned after the fund matures.

LP report

Draft the LP report in Word.

The quarterly report, chapter by chapter, from fund overview to material changes, with every figure numbered to its source.

  • A partner approves it, and the approval is logged.
  • Valuations come from registry filings first, then reported rounds.
  • Calls for funding from 21 LP program boards are tracked in the same Core.
The quarterly LP report for Fund II, drafted as a Word document: fund overview, performance and capital calls, with every figure numbered to its source. The partner approves it and the approval is logged.

One Core underneath.

Venture capital and private equity’s tools (Consent checks, Contract tracker, Fund view, Documents owed, LP programs, LP report) run on the same Core every firm uses: Ask, the Library, the map, the model, its sources and the answer log, on a machine you own or a private cloud server.

What it reads.

  • Fund admin exports
  • Investment contracts (PDF, Word, HWP)
  • Registry extracts
  • DART filings
  • News
  • LP program notices

Questions.

Does it work with our fund admin system?

Core reads the exports your fund admin system already produces. We map their columns once at set-up, and each refresh updates the fund view.

Does it decide on consents?

No. It flags an event your consent rights may cover and shows the clause beside it. An associate marks it received or not covered, and that choice is logged.

Can it produce our LP reports?

It drafts the quarterly report in Word from your fund records, with every figure numbered to its source. A partner reviews and approves it before it goes out.

Where does it run?

On a machine you own, or a private cloud server we run for your firm alone. Contracts and fund records stay on that machine.
